📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough inspections of architectural projects to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
• Supervise construction processes to guarantee adherence to architectural standards and quality benchmarks.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of inspection findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to address and resolve quality issues.
• Ensure all materials and workmanship meet specified quality standards.
• Perform regular site visits and audits to monitor project progress and quality.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in architectural quality control.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural quality control or related roles.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in architectural quality control or related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software tools.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
