📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide primary healthcare services to employees, including regular health assessments, vaccinations, and first aid.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Maintain and update employee health records in our HRIS system.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as processing employee leave requests and maintaining employee files.
- Conduct health and safety training for employees.
- Support the HR team with various HR processes, such as onboarding and offboarding.
- Monitor and report on workplace health and safety metrics.
- Collaborate with our medical team to ensure that all our employees receive the best possible healthcare services.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or administrative nursing role.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid work permit and visa for Bali.
