In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate vehicle scheduling, ensuring that the right vehicle is in the right place at the right time.,Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs, working with trusted mechanics and service providers.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, implementing strategies to improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting with any vehicle-related queries or issues.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and document findings.,Maintain accurate records of all vehicle-related activities and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair is a plus.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work both in the office and remotely.
