Cemerlang Investment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Junior Captain to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our team, and maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maritime operations and a commitment to excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Plan and coordinate routes and schedules for the vessel.,Maintain and inspect the vessel to ensure it is in good working condition.,Manage and train the crew to ensure they are competent and safe.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records.,Ensure all necessary documentation is up-to-date and filed correctly.,Participate in emergency drills and ensure the crew is prepared for any situation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Captain or similar role.,Valid Master Mariner's License.,Proficient in English and Indonesian.,Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Experience with vessel maintenance and inspections.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with maritime software and navigation systems.
