📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
• Analyze financial data and prepare audit reports using SAP and Excel.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure audit objectives are met.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in auditing.
• Participate in continuous learning and development programs.
• Assist in the preparation of audit plans and schedules.
• Support the Audit Manager in managing audit projects from initiation to completion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in internal or external auditing.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with auditing standards such as ISA, COSO, or COBIT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel for audit purposes.
