As a Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for managing our bar operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining the quality and consistency of our drinks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the bar, including staff scheduling and training.,Ensure the quality and consistency of all drinks prepared and served.,Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, including proper storage and disposal of waste.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Promote and upsell our bar's products and services to increase sales.,Participate in inventory management and ordering of bar supplies.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food handling practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.,Excellent customer service and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Professional and friendly demeanor with a strong work ethic.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Valid food handling certificate and proof of vaccination.
