Leaf Nest Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our inventory processes to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all inventory activities, including procurement, storage, and distribution.,Develop and implement inventory control systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate and secure the best prices and terms.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies.,Train and mentor junior inventory staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.,Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
