📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned stores, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales targets.,Develop and implement effective retail strategies to enhance customer experience and increase sales.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Manage store budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
