📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.,Schedule appointments and meetings.,Maintain accurate records of visitor information.,Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.,Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.,Handle and manage mail and packages.,Provide information about the company and its services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and polite demeanor.
