📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and leadership to ensure high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and manage restaurant finances, including budgeting and cost control.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
