In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our sales team, ensuring that our products are effectively promoted and sold in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Oversee inventory management and ensure that products are available when and where needed.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Familiarity with the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus.
