You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, and ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor sales team members to improve performance and productivity.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our products and services meet customer needs.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote our brand and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
