📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the bar, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked with a variety of beverages, including premium spirits, wines, and craft beers.
• Train and develop bar staff to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure timely restocking.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
• Participate in shift handovers and ensure smooth transitions between staff.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the bar's offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a bar or beverage management role in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers, with a passion for creating exceptional beverage experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficient in using POS systems such as Micros and Oracle Hospitality.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Certification in Bar Management or a similar relevant certification is a plus.
