We are looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and training records.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Assist in the implementation and administration of company policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll, benefits, and leave management.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
