📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of production schedules to meet deadlines.,Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality standards are met.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Manage and train junior staff to ensure efficient production operations.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality control measures.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.,Handle any additional duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in production supervision or related roles.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control measures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using production management software.,Familiarity with ISO quality standards is a plus.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
