Toko Hana Kebab is seeking a dedicated Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating our fleet operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition and maintained according to company standards.,Coordinate with drivers and other relevant parties to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of fleet reports and records.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in the implementation of fleet safety and security measures.,Assist in the organization and coordination of fleet training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Knowledge of fleet management software and systems is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field is preferred.
