Shop Royal Jaya is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulations. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about logistics and vehicle management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient vehicle operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing delivery routes.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
