The Parlor Hills is seeking a dynamic and experienced Leader Playground to join our team. As the Leader Playground, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our playground, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our young guests. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the playground, including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the playground equipment and facilities.,Supervise and train playground staff to maintain high standards of service.,Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among guests.,Promote and enforce playground rules and policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.,Assist in organizing and participating in special events and activities for the guests.,Maintain accurate records of guest attendance, equipment usage, and any incidents that occur.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall success of the playground.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a playground or similar environment.,Strong knowledge of playground safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Valid first aid and CPR certification.,Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Education, or a related field preferred.,Experience in working with children and families is a plus.
