📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment between hiring needs and candidate profiles.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment processes and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Knowledge of local job market and industry trends in Medan.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
