📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates to determine their fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to identify and attract top talent.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
