Bright Shine Abadi is looking for a talented and dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback,Handle employee grievances and disputes,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
