📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and business needs.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
