📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and videos.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps and development opportunities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
