📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers.,Assist in managing the cash register and ensuring accurate transactions.,Stock and organize merchandise to maintain a clean and inviting storefront.,Promote products and services to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the sales area.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds as needed.
