As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, promoting our attractions, and enhancing the guest experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase visitor numbers and revenue.,Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Organize and execute promotional events, campaigns, and initiatives to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and materials for various platforms.,Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to both guests and partners.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in the tourism and entertainment sector.,Assist in the development and implementation of the annual sales and marketing plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the tourism or entertainment industry.,Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant marketing tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques is a plus.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
