📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the accounting and financial operations of the QSR supply chain.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Lead and mentor junior account executives and staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor and control budgets and cost efficiencies.
  • Provide financial advice and insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the QSR or supply chain industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and financial systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
