📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the talent acquisition process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.,Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.,Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision making.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management systems and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with digital marketing and technology industry is a plus.
