📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and evaluate potential sites for network expansion.
  • Negotiate and secure Right of Way (ROW) agreements with landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential sites to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate site acquisition projects from initiation to closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports and proposals to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in site acquisition, particularly in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to land use and telecommunications.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
