📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, routing, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols.
• Monitor and maintain vehicle records, including fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance history.
• Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and operational efficiency.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve fleet management.
• Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing delivery schedules.
• Ensure all documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet administration or a similar role in the logistics industry.
• Proficient in using fleet management software such as SAP Fleet Management, Fleetio, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and regulatory standards.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
