In this role, you'll be responsible for validating Diagnosis-Related Group (DRG) assignments, ensuring accurate coding and billing for healthcare providers.

Daily, you'll work with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, and Allscripts to review and validate DRG assignments. You'll also collaborate with a team of coders, auditors, and compliance specialists to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and validate DRG assignments for accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Work with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and Allscripts to access patient records and coding data.
• Collaborate with a team of coders, auditors, and compliance specialists to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in DRG assignments to ensure accurate coding and billing.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare coding guidelines and regulations.
• Provide training and support to other team members as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the DRG validation process.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our DRG validation processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Active CIC, CCS, or CPC certification in healthcare coding and billing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in DRG validation or a related role in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding systems.
• Experience with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional and courteous communication skills.
