You will leverage tools such as Minitab, Kaizen, and 5S to drive efficiency and quality improvements. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Proven experience in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Minitab, Kaizen, and 5S.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and on-site collaboration.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in process improvement.
