📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and performance incentives.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive and attractive.
• Manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and administer benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs.
• Collaborate with managers to understand job requirements and ensure compensation packages reflect market rates and employee performance.
• Monitor and analyze compensation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation-related matters and HR policies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, preferably in the construction or development industry.
• Certification in compensation and benefits management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or CHRP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software, such as ADP, Workday, or Paychex.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
