📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage import/export shipments from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to international trade regulations and timelines.
• Leverage logistics software such as SAP and TradeVista to track shipments, manage inventories, and streamline logistics workflows.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners to optimize supply chain processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Handle customs clearance, documentation, and compliance with international trade laws.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and reduce costs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the logistics and supply chain sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import/export coordination, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end shipments and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software such as SAP, TradeVista, and other industry-standard tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with good understanding of Indonesian.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
